New Patient Registration
We welcome any new patient to the practice if you stay within our Practice area (see map of practice area above). More accurate details on the practice boundary are available from the Receptionist.

New Patient Appointment
If you are newly registered with our Practice, you will be offered a new patient appointment with one of our Practice Nurses. This allows us to get to know you and your past medical history and treatment needs while we await your medical records arrivinge from your previous doctor.
When joining the Practice, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire asking about your medical history and current status. These forms are available here and can be completed ahead of your appointment or if you would rather not have a New Patient Appointnment, just complete the questionnaire and return to us via email to Clinical_Practice_BarnsMedicalPractice_80081@aapct.scot.nhs.uk
