Pharmacy Collection Service
Many pharmacies offer a prescription collection service. If this is something you would like to make use of please complete the Pharmacy Collection Form , or ask at reception. Once returned to the practice all future prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice. This service can be stopped at any time. Please note that your chosen pharmacy MAY NOT collect your prescription or have it ready for you on the same day that you order it. Please check with your chosen pharmacy for their individual collection and turnaround times.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a pharmacist or clinician at least once a year to review these regular medications. You will be advised when the last repeat issue is ordered to book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
